Dan and Caitlin Keevers connected with the Church family at Rockhampton Baptist late in 2019 when Dan commenced in his Associate Pastor role with an intentional focus on Outreach. Dan and Caitlin have quickly established roots in the Rockhampton area and enjoy the great opportunities this community provides in raising their 3 kids.
Dan has completed a Bachelor of Ministry through Malyon Theological College and before moving to Rockhampton had finished a mechanical apprenticeship, and worked as the Youth Director at Sunnybank District Baptist Church.
We asked Dan about what aspect of Rockhampton Baptist’s vision resonates most with him and he shared that he, “loves that making disciples can be as simple as building relationships with those who know or don’t know Jesus and pointing them to Him”. Dan is encouraged and exciting by the way he has seen God bringing a real sense of renewal in our Church family, and building upon our rich history to continue to see lives transformed through Jesus.
Dan explained that he, “loves that there are so many people from various backgrounds and ages that make up the Church family here at Rockhampton Baptist, and how sweet it is to come together to worship God”. Dan enjoys connecting with people and journeying alongside them as they discover the calling God has placed upon their lives.
